The Academy of Beauty West Wales is run by Vicky Mitchinson and was established in 2016.  Vicky has been in the beauty industry for over 23 years and in a teaching role for over 13 years.

Over the years Vicky has attended lots of various Beauty Therapy courses to update her skills and had found that some of the training courses offered were rushed, the number of students per class were very high.

This is how the Academy of Beauty was started. Vicky wanted to provide excellent quality courses that gave students plenty of time to learn their new skills, gave students ongoing support from the tutor via telephone or email for life and to make sure students left the classroom with confidence in their new skills.

The Academy offers fully accredited and insurable training courses for beginners who want to a new career within the beauty industry or for qualified therapist who are looking to refresh or learn new skills.
