We will always try and help you re-arrange a training course depending on the circumstances if you cannot attend on your booked day.
All insurance information will be given to you on your training day. You will also find information on the insurance we recommend on our web site.
Your Start time will be advised on your confirmation once your course is booked or will be advertised on our social media platforms. Please arrive on your training time as there may be other training or treatments going on.
Everything is provided for you on your training day so you don't need to bring anything, unless a model has been requested on your booking confirmation. A manual is supplied for you on the day so you don't need to print anything and bring it with you. Lunch is provided on full training days and refreshments are always provided on training.
Smart, black clothing is required on your training day. Uniform can also be worn if you preferred.
There are lots of short stay car parks situated all around the training academy. Follow the Sat Nav to the academy and you will pass some car parks, one is situated directly opposite the academy.
Most of our training courses are same day certification. If you carry out a successful assessment on the day then certification will be given. In some cases you may be asked to carry out further case studies before your certificate is given.
Yes, all our courses are accredited by either ABT or Towergate.
There will be maximum of 2 students per training course. This insures that you get the best from the training day.
